- Carrier Restrictions: To ensure secure transit of high-value items, we utilize alternative premium carrier options for localized deliveries and explicitly avoid standard localized FedEx delivery routes within California to prevent structural logistics delays.
- Transit & Hand-off: Risk of loss and title for items purchase pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, import proxy sorting hubs, or international courier routing.
3. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Handcrafted & Vintage Policy: Because our inventory consists of unique vintage collectibles, independent heritage leather goods, and custom handcrafted jewelry, all items are sold based on detailed visual descriptions, wear pattern documentation, and condition grading.
- Return Window: Eligible standard returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their exact original, unaltered structural condition.
- Exclusions: Customized items, loose gemstones, or items altered by the buyer are non-refundable and final sale.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, textures, and structural details of our products. Due to variations in digital displays, slight color variances may occur. Vintage items inherently carry historical character, surface wear, or natural aging patterns which are clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
